This Privacy Policy explains what personal information beetz4DAYZ (the "Service") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to operate a members-only streaming service. We do not ask for or store your name, email address, or a password:

• Account information: a randomly generated account ID and a recovery passphrase. The passphrase is stored only as a salted cryptographic hash — we never store it in plain text. No identifying information is tied to your account.
• Payment information: when you pay by Interac e-Transfer, you include your account ID in the transfer memo so we can match the payment to your account. The e-Transfer itself is processed by Interac and your financial institution; we do not collect or store your banking details, card numbers, or other financial credentials.
• Usage information: the time of your last sign-in and the total amount of time you have spent listening, used to operate your account and access period.
• Technical information: a session cookie used to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (which may include IP address and request information) kept by our hosting environment for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your sign-ins;
• To match incoming Interac e-Transfers to applications and renewals, and to activate or renew your access;
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service;
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Cookies

The Service uses a single session cookie that keeps you signed in while you use it. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If you block the session cookie, you will not be able to sign in.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information only:

• to service providers that host or support the Service, acting on our instructions;
• where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Service, its users, or the public.

Your payment is carried out through Interac and your financial institution, who handle that transaction under their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account exists and as needed to operate the Service. Expired accounts are purged after a grace period. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it anonymous.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including storing your recovery passphrase only as a salted hash and limiting access to account data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how it is handled. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Note that deleting your account information will end your access to the Service.

8. Children

The Service is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
