Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of beetz4DAYZ (the "Service"), a members-only music streaming service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your passphrase confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accounts are personal to you. You may not share, sell, lend, or transfer your account or login credentials to anyone else.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Access, Payment, and Renewals

• Access to the Service is granted for a fixed period of time, purchased in advance.
• Payment is made by Interac e-Transfer in Canadian dollars (CAD) to the address shown during sign-up. Interac e-Transfers are processed by Interac and your financial institution, not by us; their terms apply to that transaction.
• Applications and renewals are reviewed and activated manually, typically within 24 hours of payment being received. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processing or incorrect or missing reference information.
• Coupon codes, where offered, grant access on the terms stated at the time of redemption and may be limited or withdrawn at any time.
• When your access period ends, the Service will be unavailable to you until you renew.

4. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because access is granted manually and for a fixed term, we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time, account suspension for violation of these Terms, or service interruptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Download, record, copy, redistribute, broadcast, or publicly perform any content from the Service, except for the temporary streaming that the Service performs to play audio for you;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, access-control, or rate-limiting feature of the Service;
• Use automated means to access, scrape, or harvest content or data from the Service;
• Share your account or otherwise allow anyone else to use your access;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts or harms the Service or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All music, audio recordings, artwork, text, and other content made available through the Service is original work owned by the operator of beetz4DAYZ, or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws.

Subject to these Terms and your active access period, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream the content solely for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment. No other rights are granted. You acquire no ownership interest in any content, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or unauthorized use, or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of beetz4DAYZ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for access during the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nova Scotia for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
